Excellent service. In and out in a flash. Carpets and rugs were disgusting. Have kids and a dog! I was astounded with how clean they are now! I seriously thought he would have said he wouldn’t be able to shift ground in stain and dirt. He has industrial equipment and is passionate about his job. He is also very competitive. Carpets are always last on budget list, as I’ve been quoted in the past and decided it was just too expensive. needed my 3 yr old double oven cleaning as due to my disability I just can't do it myself after looking around I see these guys. .booked them in and messed up my dates no problem for nks they re scheduled for me & came today... the guy was lovely quiet clean and surprisingly fast no harsh chemicals smells what so ever really handy with kids in the house! My sister and I both had our Range master ovens cleaned today and both of us and delighted with the results. We had a gentleman called Brandon, who was on time, very polite and patient. He hit a bit of a set-back trying to get the door back on my sisters oven, but he remained calm and tenacious until he got it sorted. The quality of the clean is superior to any other company I have used before and will 100% use NKS again. Even the lady I spoke to on the phone to make an appointment was very lovely and helpful.
