There are not enough good things to say really. They arrived at our house 15 minutes early for the transfer to the airport. We went ready but the driver happily waited outside.The trip to the airport was just fine and credit card was accepted. Coming home we were informed by text that the driver was at the airport and then received a second message to tell us where. He was exactly where he said he would be.We were very fortunate to be upgraded on the car on the way back and I have to say it was amazing!!The free bottle of water each after a long flight in the car on the way back was really appreciated and a lovely touch. Over all the service was flawless and took a lot of the stress out of going to and from the airport. Cheers guys! More...

I booked Dinez Taxis to take me from Farnborough to London Heathrow. This was my first time using Dinez Taxis, so throughly checked out the TripAdvisor reviews prior to booking. From the moment I booked, Dinez gave me confidence with excellent communications and regular updates. The driver arrived ahead of time, where I was treated to a free car upgrade (BMW 7 Series?)! The driver was very professional and was a pleasure to chat with during the journey. Dinez taxis came out slightly cheaper than the competition but with a superior car and a more professional driver. It would be great if they had their own Android / IOS app which would make bookings even more convenient. Their website appears outdated and does not reflect their professionalism. We are a chauffeur company based near Bath and we suffered a puncture on M3 en route to Heathrow, puncture repair didn’t work and modern vehicles do not have spare. These guys got to us in 30 minutes, absolutely amazing, and managed to get our passenger to Heathrow in time for his flight. You guys got us out of a big hole and you provided a Mercedes e Class for onward travel. 5⭐️ for your assistance, 0⭐️ for Mercedes/RAC breakdown. Had to wait 6 hours for recovery. Dinez taxis, kept in touch, even when my passenger had been collected and even gave me details of local coffee shop within walking distance thank god. Can’t rate these guys highly enough.
