This review is long overdue! Andy has a ton of experience in the business world as well as in the personal realm. My construction business was growing and I felt I had it "under control"! He came in to the picture and showed me how much of a mess I was. He helped me prioritize and regain focus on my business. He gave me a plan with simple steps to follow. He also helped me with balancing my work and personal life, then gave me a few suggestions which I followed (and I am incredibly happy that I did)! I was a little hesitant at first to pay someone else to tell me what I was doing wrong, but what I paid for his consulting services was a small fraction compared to what I gained from his help. What do you love most about your job?
I love what I do because I spent 30 years building large corporate organizations for Fortune 500 companies like QUALCOMM, and now I do the same on a smaller scale but I impact many, many businesses not just single corporation. This to me is so much more fun, I get to work on solving many different problems, I meet so many new and interesting entrepreneurs, and I am making everlasting relationships with the backbone of the USA - small business owners who made this country so great!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The need to get out of the corporate "rat race", and build my own small business to help more people with their businesses. I saw so many small business owners who where stuck in the grind, and I knew that I could make a difference to help them get out of being IN their business and transforming them to start work On their business.

Consulting and Coaching terms can seem nebulous. What we are going to do is teach the business owner the skills on how to focus the business through vision and strategy, market the business through defining a belief and persona, improve the business efficiency by improving the process, grow the business by hiring the right people and keeping them, reduce the time spent in unnecessary work effort through time management, and improve the value proposition of the business with data analytics to correct leads, conversion, pricing and margins.
