I have been having back treatment with Richard for over five years. I suffer with back pain where it locks itself and I'm unable to get out of bed when it's at worst. I Highly recommend Richard i just had my 2nd session in the space of a month playing football weekly and also regular visits to the gym I get a sports massage as I need to make sure my body and muscles are looked after and recover . Richard fully explained the reasons behind the problem on a virtual computer programme and explained what he was going to. The actual tissue massage was very relaxing and I was feeling more movement during the treatment. I was able to move easier and relatively pain free after the session.
