I rarely do business in Highlands Ranch however I had to meet a client out that way yesterday and we decided to meet at Indulge. We were warmly greeted by our sweet and friendly server named Dawn, she took the time to let us know what the daily street taco's were as well as suggest the delicious charcuterie board that we ended up ordering. My husband and I love this place! The cocktails there are excellent, to die for really, and the food is wonderful as well. The staff is friendly and professional. Occasionally the chicken (my favorite dish) has come out slightly dry, but the staff has been very understanding and fixed any matters brought to their attention promptly so I can always count on any issues I have being remedied. I also wish they wouldn't close the kitchen early-ish sometimes (around 8 some times if its slow, which is fine on a weekday, a bit strange on a Saturday night), but I understand business cycles and wouldn't have this complaint if I didn't want to eat there so often and at odd hours as my schedule demands. We loved this place..great service!We had the Ahi Tuna Guacamole appetizer...excellent although they could give you a few more chips. For the main entree we split the Parmesan Crusted Chicken breast. We absolutely love this place! We have had dinner here twice now and each time it was amazing. Their wine flights are a great way to taste a few wines to figure out what you do and do not like or perhaps to just try and out yourself out of your comfort zone. They food is fantastic: This last time we got their Washington valley flat bread - that was to die for!We also got shrimp linguini - that was so smooth and silky and perfectly balanced; and sausage and pepper rigatoni - that had a nice kick to it and delighted you with a portion size. This restaurant is the ultimate CO experience. I take friends here when I want them to experience a night to remember. The decor of the restaraunt is impeccable, the service outstanding, and the food. ..DELICIOUS. Can we just talk about their charcuterie boards for a moment? Love, love, love this place!! From the outstanding appetizers to the delicious entree's as well as the best dessert in town! We started off with the Kobe slider's and Ahi guacamole which were both amazing! The Kobe sliders melted in our mouths and the flavor combination of the Ahi guacamole was just to die for! For dinner I ordered the White truffle chicken gnocchi and my husband had the salmon again both dishes were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! Our sweet and helpful server Dawn had told us about their new banana, toffee, bourbon layer cake and need I say more? We had to have it and were not disappointed! All I can say is WOW!!
