My son Sam came home from batting practice from Indoorance and said "Mick Geis has totally helped my hitting"! Those were such great words to hear and I have seen the proof on the field. There are lots of activities and training I have signed my kids up for, but not that many have made a difference. The agility and strength training is phenomenal as well.
