Our daughters wedding was held here October 2018, and it was so beautiful! Despite a rain shower, we were able to have the ceremony under the old oak tree. Thanks to the cooperation of all involved! The barn was great, and the horse drawn carriage and grand piano were beautiful additions....it all made for incredible photos and memories. We love this venue!!! Donna is so sweet and her family barn is beautiful! Married on April 14, 2018, we held our ceremony in the middle of the beautiful blueberry field and reception in the old family barn. 75 guests fit perfectly and the dance floor outside under lights and stars was perfect! We got married here in November of 2017 and it was the most spectacular wedding imaginable! The property is absolutely gorgeous! It has a lovely, quaint barn and stunning, hand-built wooden home that overlooks the river and blueberry fields. A majestic, sprawling oak tree with hanging Spanish moss lies at the center of the property, and it is the perfect place to say “I Do.” Donna was a pleasure to work with. She is such a lovely, genuine person and is nice as can be. She was truly excited about our special day and she went out of her way to ensure it was perfect. The team that she works with is outstanding. The property is well taken care of and will be set up however you want for your big day. Her wedding planner Tara was also wonderful and did a stellar job with organizing, coordinating, setting up and decorating. She saved the day a week before the wedding when my bride decided to completely revamp our decorations. Tara sprung into action, asked what we wanted and delivered. When we saw the inside of the barn (which by the way is air-conditioned!), we were blown away by how elegant and elevated it looked. It had the perfect balance of light and color, and the flowers from Allen’s Florist were lovely. The food vendor Donna works with, Katch Twenty Two, created a unique barbecue menu for us and the food was delicious! We heard nothing but compliments from our guests. The same was true with our officiant Valerie of Cherished Moment Weddings. She delivered a heartfelt ceremony and simply loves joining others in love. My daughter, Kelsey and her fiancé were married at Indigo Harvest Events on March 3, 2018. The entire event was magical. Donna’s knowledge, enthusiasm and connections were invaluable. Every vendor that she recommended was top notch and the burden of researching service providers was greatly reduced. On the day of, she and Tara quietly and calmly took care of every little detail; many of which had not even occurred to me. Tara executed Kelsey’s “Pinterest Dreams”, adding her personal touches as well as incorporating some extra details that we desired. Besides being a substantial organic blueberry farm, Donna’s estate is stunning. One of my daughter’s greatest desires was for her marriage ceremony to be held outdoors under a magnificent tree. Kelsey and Dan exchanged their vows before God under a spectacular, centuries old oak tree, draped in Spanish moss. Additionally, the property is graced by grand azaleas that were in full bloom on our perfect, cloudless spring day. The barn, though rustic by nature, was elegant and breathtaking. Following cocktail hour, one guest’s mouth literally dropped as the fully decorated reception area was revealed for the first time! I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect day for my daughter. This Venue is absolutely breathtaking, with blueberry fields, majestic oak trees dripping with moss, blossoming azaleas, and a barn that holds a gorgeous crystal chandelier that will take your breath away, not to mention a white baby grand piano! I was married here in 2017, and couldn’t have dreamt up a better venue! There is not one thing I would have changed about my wedding day. It was literally everything I wanted and more. What I loved most about the venue and working with Donna was that she was able make my outdoor elegant wedding come to life. The barn has been transformed into the most beautiful space, and I want to do it all over and over again. Donna was wonderful to work with, and made the whole process and day of so easy.
