His garage door tune up includes a complete inspection of the garage door and opener, installation of super quiet precision rollers, adjusting the springs, lube of the bearings, all hardware and the opener rail. Exceptional service! I was having an issue with my 80’s lift-up garage door. Jon came out, diagnosed the problem (bad hinge), and even adjusted the torque on my opener so it would work without issue for a while. Free estimate and service. I was so impressed! He gave me an estimate to fix the hinge and to replace the door. It was an easy decision to make. I asked Jon to come out two weeks later to replace my old death trap of a garage door. He was here last weekend to do the replacement. He mentioned that one of the panels was a little crushed from being dropped and that he would come back to replace it. Again, I was so impressed! The spring and cable in our garage door broke over the weekend so we called Jon Browning of Independent Garage Doors based on his great reviews. Jon came out to the house early the next morning on Sunday and took care of both doors. This included a full tune up which he replaced the springs, rollers, cable, and bottom rubber strips for both doors. Everything works great and the doors open and close with ease.
