We booked Max for my Dad's 85th Birthday. With guests from 2 up to 85. Max was fantastic! Totally made the night. He was so friendly and put everyone at ease, then wowed us all with some of the most amazing magic.
My Dad loved it and the kids are now trying to learn magic tricks.
Forget any magic shows you've seen. This is magic up close and personal. It's totally different and a must if you haven't tried it before. Fantastic!

It's taken us a while to write this review but we can assure you that the memories and amazement are still as fresh in our minds as the day Max performed at our wedding last October.
Max wasn't actually the magician we originally booked, he was asked to attend at the very last minute before our big day and we can honestly say we are so very glad that he joined us as he was perfect.
From the very moment we met him he was professional and friendly yet relaxed enough to make everyone feel at ease and by the end of the evening he was like part of the family.
His magic is absolutely superb and left everyone speechless, and he made sure he mingled around all of the guests spending plenty of time with everyone doing close up tricks to make sure they had the full experience, plus his cabaret show was spot on.
He spent the entire evening with us all and was still mesmerising the guests until the early hours of the morning.
Max Francis is a total gem, and is an absolutely perfect choice as entertainment for any event. Don't hesitate - book him now before it's too late.

An absolutely incredible magician!!!! We asked Max to attend a surprise party we had planned for my dad, and every one of the guests were mesmorised by Max's peformance. Max is a lovely man who made the evening very special and his magic was the best I have ever seen. Max was very professional from the moment he walked in and he made sure that he got to perform to all of our guests.. .which left them speechless! Would highly recommend if you are looking for outstanding evening entertainment at a party, I can guarentee no one will be disappointed! Max did some close up Magic at my sons wedding, Max went through Two 60 minute walkarounds with a half hour break in between doing magic to groups of 4 - 10 ( once he starts a group of 4 soon becomes a group of 10 ) All Night Guests were coming up to me asking " how the hell did he do that " he pulled Blah, Blah, Blah, ! . everyone seemed to see different tricks and all had different tales of who had lost what and how did that card end up in my wallet behind the zipper. everyone loved him and everyone got their watches and wallets back. We will be hiring Max again in the New Year and look forward to meeting up with him again ( even if he does buy me a drink using my wallet ) :-) More...

How long have you been interested in magic?
I have been interested in magic since eight years old when I received that Paul Daniels Magic set. The rest, is history.
Take us through your show – what can we expect?
My show is fun. It's exciting,interactive,fast past, and keeps you wanting more.
What do you love most about your job?
People's reactions.... engaging with people something I love to do much on peoples reactions to my magic is an amazing feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Been able to do something you love and make a living from it , is an achievement in itself. I've been performing in doing something I love for the last 13 years. I'll never want it to stop.
Why should our clients choose you?
There are good and bad magicians. Choosing a good magician can be a tricky task (no pun intended).
A few things you can do to ensure your booking a professional.
Equity & insurance: Professional entertainers will be a member of the Equity . Professional entertainers including TV actors, personalities and performers are all members.
Being a member of Equity will also give you the "booker" peace of mind knowing you performed is insured with public liability insurance.
Magic Circle: The top Magicians in the United Kingdom are generally Members Of The Magic Circle. The Magic Circle is a prestigious members club for magicians. All magicians would have had to past a test to enter. Don't get confused with local magic clubs. There is only one Magic Circle and that's in London.
Reviews: Check and look for reviews left by previous clients. This will give you an idea of what you can expect the reactions to be at your event.
Show Reel: All magicians should have a video online of them performing magic. My links are always sent to my clients.
I always make sure I get to speak directly to all my potential clients. A quick phone call to introduce myself and answer any questions one might have.
