Describe your creative process.
As a small team, we've been working together since 2015, but each of us has been in the indsutry for a number of years. Carole, head of design has been in the industry for over 20 years and has experience working on campaigns big and small. Our design process starts with a consultation, this can be online, over the phone or for bigger projects locally we're more than happy to meet face-to-face to discuss your project needs.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
First of all it's great to learn a bit about you and your business (or future business ideas). We love to hear client design ideas which we can incorperate into our design process, but we're also more than happy to get creative and come up with something you'll love. It can also be helpful if you have colour ideas, or images/designs that you like.
What do you love most about your job?
We're a relatively new business, but have made a big splash already. It's exciting working with new customers and extremely satisfying when they go away in love with our service. We love nothing more than to get it right, and help you and your business grow and thrive.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We've been working in the industry for a number of years, and we've all worked at various companies, working jobs both in-house and at various agencies, but it never felt right. With years of combined experience (both good and bad experiences) we decided we could go one better. By combining out skillset and knowledge we knew we could create a full-service agency that would set-us apart from the competiton.
