Just want to give a solid shout to Gregory Bodde and the Incentive Solar team.I was recommended to Greg from several colleagues and I can see why he came so highly recommended. Greg has personally come out to my house multiple times, and even spent hours WORKING on our roof (and even replacing some damaged tiles I had!) to try to see if he could make solar work without replacing the roof. And then, without me even asking, he told me he had been doing some research for our scenario, and then sent over an even BETTER proposal-- THOUSANDS lower than his original-- which was already one of the LOWEST I'd received from other companies!Greg is a solid guy, a hard worker and someone who looks you in the eye and does what he said he would do. With the recommendation from my neighbor, I used Incentive Solar to install my solar panels on my house before the end of last year. Lance discussed with me with a good introduction on benefits of solar and payment options. Once I decided to use Incentive Solar, Gregory talked with me about the work that needs to be done for every phase and answered my questions with details. Their installation passed the inspection and went live with SDGE smoothly. Gregory demonstrated and explained to me how to monitor it online. He also helped me in filling out the form for tax credit. Can't say enough about these guys. I shopped around a bunch and met with different companies. I like a good price but I like customer service and quality more. Lucky for me I got both. The price was the best by far and the quality of work was top notch. Greg explained everything to me regarding the benefits of solar, etc. He texted me daily progress reports as well. My roof is steep but they took all safety precautions, took their time and did a great job. They literally took care of everything from start to finish, HOA approval, neighbor signatures, city inspections, etc. Â Everything. That is A+ service. Incentive Solar was amazing from start to finish. We received quotes from at least 5 different companies before we decided to give our business to Incentive Solar. They came sat down with my wife and I and educated us on everything about Solar. They took their time and never pressured us. They always were there to honestly answer our questions. Not only is their customer service amazing but the price point was spot on. They designed several different systems for us based on what we wanted and needed. They set out several different scenarios for us based on what we wanted. When it came to the install they were fast and professional. We recently used Incentive Solar to do our solar install and were absolutely thrilled with the job they did. Greg did the whole install himself and was meticulous at every step of the way. I would imagine the fact that their team runs lean is how they are able to offer such a competitive price. I will start by saying that I was originally against the idea of solar after a few consults with other companies but after talking to Greg and Ben, they explained to me both the benefits of having the solar itself and the great tax credits that California offers. After giving them the go ahead, they went ahead and got the panels ordered (which are beautiful black/black). When they arrived Greg was prompt to start installation and considerate that we had started paying on our loan and wanted to get us generating as fast as possible. Within a few days they were up and looking sleek and beautiful. The installation included monitoring software so we can see how much each panel is generating, or all, and per day, month etc. The only thing we had to wait on was for SDGE to give us the green light, even that only took a day or so.At this point we were so impressed with Greg and his knowledge and expertise. These guys are great. Â They knew very well every detail of the solar installation process. Â They also knew much about the panel and inverter technology, and even demonstrated the mounting process. Â After, meeting with four other solar companies, Incentive Solar were the only ones that were able to answer my questions. Highly recommended. I spoke with a few of their employees, all very helpful. Shopped around for a bit because everyone says they are the cheapest and they have the best rates. I've Been looking at solar now for 5 years. Â It seemed like every company I met with just left me with more questions, until I met Greg with Incentive Solar. Â He demonstrated how the solar was installed on my roof and helped me feel secure letting a bunch of guys work on my tile roof. Â These guys offered me extended warranties, the best mounting equipment ( they worked with my former roofing company so my roof warranty would not get voided) , a great price and unsecured financing (no credit) that both beat the other competitors monthly payment and a lower term.In my experience anyone looking for solar I would fully recommend talking to Greg and his team before making any decision.James,Chula Vista More...
