Loved the store incense pro... I bumped onto this store while I was visiting Los Angeles from Philadelphia. They have amazing collection of essential oils and healing crystals. I also got sage with lavender and palosanto sticks with a very pretty abalone shell. Their customer service was outstanding. Brity assisted me at the store. What a lovely store!! I have visited Incense Pro, while I was looking for a very particular incense. I was looking for frankincense resin incense stick. I got not only the one I was looking for but also I got lavender and rose resin incense which I haven’t seen anywhere. Loved it. I have also gotten a very nice incense holder, it has nice design and color. I have to mention their customer service, the lady who helped me was really nice she is the owner of the business. I am so happy I made the 30 minute drive to this place! With me just recently moving back to LA, I definitely wanted a clean start, as well as cleansing my new place. I did not have so much prior knowledge, however Brita was so kind, genuine, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain me the different type of herbs (such as sage), oils, and crystals! I love this place! We haven't had a GREAT smoke shop in the area in a while. This place has everything - tobacco products, batteries, pipes, bongs, CBD treats, HANDMADE delicious incense! My friend and I visited last Saturday. The incense we had purchased from a place in Venice never really smelled like anything special. The Incense Pro had everything and more. It is a small neighborhood shop. The owner is very knowledgeable and pleasant. The handmade incense is my favorite and the essential oils seem very pure. I purchased chamomile and added a few drops to a lava stone bracelet ( also purchased at the store) and the aroma is still present. I highly recommend and will visit again soon. More...

Very friendly and knowledgeable! Just stopped in to get some crystals and essential oils ended up learning more and going home with more! The price was reasonable and I will definitely be back for more items in the future!I came back a few times now and I love this place so much! I was looking for a specific healing stone actually it is glass formed from a meteorite and very powerful. She did not have it but she got it the very next day! Not only did she get what I needed so quickly but also I learned more about some different types of holy water.
