How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Personal training session catered to individuals or pairs. Nutritional logging, analysis and guidance. Email and telephone support includes in session prices.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Working hard and following expert guidance. It is also important to listen to your own body and learn how it responds to various inputs (I.e. Foods, exercise)
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people achieve what they may have given up on or reach levels of health and fitness they had never dreamed of. I am new to home personal training but have enjoyed working in gym environments for many years, establishing a rapport with many clients and helping them succeed.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to have more control of my working hours and being able to follow my passion without fear of having to.do things a certain way because management say so. Scientific studies and many years of training experience dictate my ways of working.

I am very focused on helping people who want to help themselves. I can give you the knowledge you need and are missing. Hopefully after a few months, you won't need me much and you'll be on the right path to get what you want.
