Just completed carpet cleaning for my office. Excellent communication, prompt arrival, thorough and efficient work, reasonable charge. Also cleaned some upholstery and two expensive wool area rugs. I am SO, SO impressed with Adam and his son. Our sofa literally looks BRAND new. They not only did a thorough job cleaning it (as well as a patch on a fabric headboard that was dirty), but they also had the fabric shavers that get all the little fabric balls off and it made the biggest difference! They were the only company who offered this service out if all of the companies I contacted on yelp! They were also just an absolute pleasure to have in the house. So I have to give In Touch carpet a raving review. My husband contacted them when I was on vacation as a surprise to me to have our couch cleaned. It looked absolutely amazing , like night and day. Then 2 weeks later my dog made a mess on the couch I called them back and they were at my home the same day within a few hours when I tell you they are professional and do amazing work. I had Adam come to my office to clean some very dirty carpet and he did an excellent job. He has an extremely positive, "can do" personality and I was immediately glad I hired him. I had to leave while he did his work and felt comfortable giving him a key to my office so so he could lock up afterwards. I came back later to see that he had done an amazing job. Not only that, he did so under somewhat challenging circumstances! First, there was no hot water at my building, which is preferred when cleaning carpet. Second, he engaged in friendly conversation with the homeless guy who hangs out in the parking lot. (Others May have felt threatened or at least uncomfortable. Not Adam! Adam is one of the nicest, most positive dudes I've ever met. I knew by his energy that from the moment he showed up, he was going to do a great job. He immediately showed the products he'd be using and explained in detail the science of stain removal. During the cleaning he went above and beyond to find all the trouble spots on my couch. By the time he was done the couch was pristine. There were a few spots he couldn't get (because they were over a year old), but he took pictures and will be sending them to his chemist friend for consultation. He also left me with a bottle of tannin to continue to spray on the spots in order to neutralize them over the next few days.
