We recently purchased a new kitchen, including all appliances, from Intoto in Woking and have been delighted with the outcome. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. We visited the showroom on various occasions and communicated on a regular basis by phone and e-mail to ensure that the final design met all our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, despite many changes and tweaks at our request along the way. Since installation, Emily has been in touch to ensure that we were happy with the final result and was eager to resolve a couple of minor snagging issues that had arisen in the interim which are now sorted. We visited In-toto in Woking for some discussions on our new Kitchen Plans and never looked back.Jake put together some great ideas and never lost sight of the original concept we envisaged. Jake also made some helpful minor adjustments on the Appliance Spec,' to get the final Kitchen to meet our Budget, but the whole Design never lost its intent.Now everything has been installed, we could not be more delighted with the finish and Service we received. Hassan came to Site and made sure everything worked and that any little gremlins were sorted. When we decided to invest in a new kitchen we really did not have a clear idea of what we were looking for. With Chris and Helen’s help we were able to consider a wide range of styles, products and finishes. Our choices were brought to life via the planning software and immediately the guesswork element from the process was removed. We made the initial choice of colour and finish, then Chris brought the whole design together with finishing touches such as complimentary accents, innovative splash back and a quite bold wall colour.Having decided on the design, the work was then carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The fitting team did a fantastic job with all installation elements. Chris at In-toto Southport understood my brief of exactly what I wanted as a Kitchen and he was very patient and happy to collaborate with me on a number of designs to end up with what I had envisioned. The installation was on time and within the allocated timescale and fitter Mark was very professional, polite and a perfectionist which gave me confidence and security that the finished product would be of exacting quality and standards. I had my new kitchen installed by Woking in-toto. we have used them before in another property about 9 years ago. Based on that experience we were happy to use them again. Hussan the project manger, visited discussed our requirements and made recommendations as to what would suit our requirements.Kevin the electrician and his team with Ryan were top notch adding the extras we required, also having a strong working knowledge of up to date extras such as sound systems appropriate to our kitchen,Danny and his team, again very good. giving alternatives to managing tricky situation such as moving pipes and creating a way to have extractor fan to outside wall. all workers turned up on time and completed work in a timely manner. my home was left clean and tidy after each days work.Hassan kept in regular contact and visited the project on a regular basis,Thank you Hassan and Team.Marie - Horsell. This was a particularly tricky case as our original designers (Intoto Swindon) retired before our kitchen was installed then Intoto had a major problem of the original German Supplier going bust!

We transferred to Yeovil for 2 reasons. We met the staff running the Yeovil office when we saw their showroom and both of us immediately fell in love with a product in the window display, which they were more than happy to offer help with.

As a happy coincidence they knew the couple that ran the Swindon office and were very happy to help us by taking on our project, using our original design when the Swindon couple needed to pull out.

Despite facing uncertainty with Intoto themselves they were more interested in seeing we got what we originally wanted. The result was even better than the original and their help invaluable. More...

The Complete Service. From the first time we walked in the door at Intoto Yeovil to the completion of our kitchen we received nothing but considered professional service. At the outset Colin made it clear that he was there to help us design the kitchen we wanted and that he would offer guidance and advice to help us achieve that. Over a period of months we amended our design many times until reaching the point at which we were happy. During that time Colin updated the drawings and demonstrated to us, at each stage, how our thinking would be in practice. At no time were we put under pressure to complete a purchase and with the thorough, calm approach offered we were happy to make our purchase.Whilst waiting for the kitchen to arrive we were kept informed by Lorna at each stage of the process. No hidden surprises!To achieve our result involved structural alterations (which had been intended from outset) and the team working with Intoto Yeovil proved to be all that Colin and Lorna had promised. We initially walked into Intoto to get ideas about a new kitchen but were so impressed the ideas turned into reality. From design through to installation was an great experience in a every way with the process being flawless. We are very pleased with our new 'toy' which is both really functional and very 'Gucci'. All good. No complaints from start to finish. My original order was for a large new kitchen in our new home but my husband died suddenly before the building work started and I neither required nor could fund the project. Mr. Astley was so understanding and re-designed the original kitchen in the same style for me without the slightest hesitation although the order was far smaller. The fitters he used were excellent.
