I have known Theresa since I moved to Seattle four years ago and she is AMAZING! I originally went to her for lash extensions, first getting volumes and then switched to classics and she is the best around. She took the time to listen to how I wanted my lashes and did them exactly as I asked. She also started doing my hair recently as well and omg she did SUCH A GREAT JOB!! Same as with lashes, she listened to what I wanted, took her time getting it just right. She hand painted the color into my hair and it looked gorgeous! Just had my appointment and I'm so excited to show off my hair! I came in with a terribly bleached botched strip in my hair. Although it was a challenge Theresa knew exactly what she was doing and how she was going to evenly split-dye my hair with no further damage. I love love love coming here! Theresa is extremely knowledgeable, she talks through what she is doing and why and is super nice. She saved my lashes, after 2 years of wearing lashes that were too heavy and were breaking mine off, she placed lighter lashes on mine and now my lashes are growing back nicely, thank you Theresa for caring
