Both Sarah and Jamie have assisted me with moving forward in my spiritual journey and my personal
Life. As life coaches, they have helped me with eradicating anxieties and letting go of past traumatic experiences, as well as overcoming self doubt and toxic relationships.
As spiritual workers they have guided me and helped me to enhance my awareness and explore my abilities. As a child, I suffered attachment issues, bereavement and the consequences of my parents illnesses - issues which I have managed to learn to use as positive influences thanks to them both. They have helped me to empower myself, learn to love myself and also understand the behaviours of others, especially those who have had a negative effect on my life.
