Don't these guys did my drive on arleston lane fed them as a thank you the the drive cracked in 4 places and they won't come and talk to me. Please stay away. 🙏

COWBOY BUILDERS – STAY AWAY

We contracted this company to build a porch with walls and 3 pillars. Having made a start on the porch it took several phone calls to the owner and bricklayer to get them to finish the job which they did about 2 weeks later. After the job finished we noticed the cement used was starting to crumble and didn’t look finished off properly also 2 of the pillars were leaning at the top - fast forward 2 weeks and 2 pillars were visibly moving when touched, with children being at the house the bricklayer came back, deemed them unsafe and took them down.

He proceeded to inform us that they were too thin/tall and should have been built thicker. At no point during ANY conversations with the company or the bricklayer did they advise us of this. We contacted the owner, Chris, who swerved any kind of blame and proceeded to inform us that it was not his responsibility and we should just deal directly with the bricklayer. He was extremely rude and abrupt and places the blame with others even though we took the contract out with HIS company and paid HIM directly. Chris and the bricklayer are telling us to sort it out with the other person and so we are having to get their shoddy workmanship corrected by another company at OUR expense. Absolutely disgraceful customer service/satisfaction, Chris turns up on your doorstep demanding money and then doesn’t complete the job. I would never use this company again and I would not, under any circumstance, recommend them to others. PLEASE BE WARNED!!
Matt the guy who will turn up at your door when you will make the first contact is only a sales agent. Matt will tell you fancy stuff when giving the quote, they do 5 drives a week, we are big company etc. He won’t tell you that they outsource the work to random brick layers who they themselves might not know. He will ask for a 10% deposit giving an impression that the balance would be requested upon completion but that’s not how it would be. Chris will start knocking on your door the day the work is started demanding cash giving a reason that they take payments in parts. Once the deposit is paid and the work is started and you have problems, Matt will pass on everything to Chris who is very rude and difficult to approach.

Excellent service and great value

Chris and his crew did a great job on our patio, just what we wanted at a very competitive price. Work was started within a week of asking, sociable lads with good ongoing communication from Chris. Would give 4.5 stars as the day for sealing and finishing off was missed but sorted the next morning. More...

Very pleased with the end result of my driveway! The team of lads that did the work showed exceptional work ethic and maintained high levels of professionalism despite some challenging circumstances! Communication in regards to work plans and time frame was a little slack causing some delays and confusion, however all work that was agreed was completed for the agreed price and paid for on completion. All in all, happy with the service, happy with the end result and happy with the price! More...
