I heard from my father about Mr Paul Turner when I was in Bangladesh. I came in the UK as a dependent child of my father, my father applied 4 times to bring us here unfortunately every time he had been refused,later Mr Turner guided my father to make application in 2017, this time at his 5th attempt we had been issued entry clearance, I came here, after 2 months my visa was expired, my father applied for extension of my visa but the home office refused my application as I am a 13 years boy and my mother is not here with my father, my father said it was very complicated case and he was worried all the time, my father communicated Mr Paul and made an appeal , on the hearing date at the court I saw Mr Paul and his excellent performance. Our appeal has been allowed .

CASE WON!!!!I really cannot find fault in the service I received from Mr Turner and his team. I cannot thank Mr Turner enough for all the hard work and professional support I have received from him regarding my case since it started a few years ago. At last, after a long battle with the Home Office, we have received our ILR.

The First Tier Tribunal judge has criticised the home office’s decision and Home Office has implemented the Immigration Judge’s decision within a week without any delay. Home Office has also agreed to pay our cost.
