We have been with Imperial Lettings for about 6 months, the agent is extremely accomodating to our needs and appreciates any concerns that we have. A thorough check was carried out on the house to ensure that it met all the legal requirements. We have had no problems and a tenant was found within a week of the house being advertised and were vetted accordingly.
