The crew from imperial cleaning lead by gift worked relentlessly all day and although due to time couldn't finish everything they did a job with the striving to perfection and quality as I haven't seen people take pride in there work like these three did I am more than pleasently surprised and would recommend you as a service and them as a team without a thought in my mind. I have a house in Cape Town that I rent out because I am currently not in SA. After my tenants moved suddenly I asked a close friend to inspect so that new tenants could move in. He was so disgusted at the state of the place. I found Imperial Cleaning through an internet search. Melissa replied swiftly, asked a few questions, and sent a quote that clearly stated all services included. I had requested quotes from 2 other companies: 1 hasn't yet replied, the other quoted a "fabulous" price, but most of the services were charged as "add-ons". Imperial Cleaning showed up on time with a professional team who required no guidance. They worked the whole day. The house is looking absolutely amazing!! I requested the service of Imperial Cleaning for cleaning during and after an event. I was very impressed with the professional conduct of the cleaning staff. They knew what they were supposed to do and required very little instruction.
