They supplied bubble wrap for her PC free of charge. The journey was pleasant and felt at ease with the driver. He helped move all the items from the van and up in the lift to my daughters room. Atmosphere 360 Studio helped us on exterior and interior tough design decisions on our fixer-upper home. We had many unfinished projects from either trying to do things ourselves or hiring a "too-expensive designer". We couldn't believe what we got for the money! This firm has been in major magazines! We almost didn't call thinking cost would be too much, compared to other local firms who do not show the level of skill of a true 'Pro'. But we were pleasantly surprised. If you want your place to be a showcase and align with your style, choose them. We're in process of pictures but will post later. Look at their website and credentials. We started with a $270 Consultation that led to making our home, although modest and small, a little masterpiece. Then we hired them to do more, and more. We're happy we were pushed to think a little differently about decisions we did not know were available, or would never pick. Try them out. Wow these guys are amazing honestly, they are all such hard workers and all the work they’ve done today for us was definitely only possible because of their amazing work ethic and dedication to their job. The house we are moving in is set up very awkwardly so things weren’t going in easily, so they literally had to dismantle everything and then put it back together when they got in the house, they even had to put some things through the window. I definitely know that usually some removal companies would just say this is too hard for us and leave you to figure everything out, but because of the IMG removals team’s excellent work ethics and very hard work they did everything they can to ensure that everything got in the house. We used IMG for a packing and move service from Birmingham to London for a 4 bedroom family house. The team led by Misheck were friendly and efficient. They packed the house quickly and moved us on a day when it was 35C in London. They got on with the job and were a pleasure to have help with such a big move. I booked IMG Removals (around 16th & 17th Sept.) to unload my stuff which was arriving in a container at Luton and bring it up to Birmingham. I didn't need to be in Luton myself because my friends were there and the IMG guys liased very well with them. From the beginning, when I called the company and spoke to Michelle, they were excellent. I was particularly impressed and happy(!) with the very reasonable quote they gave me ... I had been quoted a crazy price from another Luton based company to carry out the same task! IMG were a no-brainer. Due to the huge amount of stuff I had, there was no chance completing everything in one day so we had to carry it over till Saturday. Yes, there was an additional charge for this but the quality of their work as well as friendliness, etc. was superb! The crew that I met at my storage place on the Saturday were Misheck, Bob / Bill (I can't recall ...) and one other! Excellent and efficient! I will eventually need to move my stuff again out of the storage to my new place in Birmingham once it's ready and I will definitely make use of these folks again! Take care. More...

Melissa Frederiksen of Atmosphere 360 Studio is an expert at interior and exterior design. She converted my traditional home to an outstanding work of art. My home is not only beautiful but functional as a result of her work. The changes occurred in 3 phases. First, the inside of the home was modified by changing the doors, molding, hardwood floor, tile, paint, fireplaces, ceilings and much more. In the second phase of the renovation, the pool deck was modified and an ipe wood deck with a cabana, pool house with two bathrooms and storage room, an 18 ft bar, a hot tub, and a waterfall was added. In the third phase of the project, the brick was painted, the doors, windows and roof were replaced, and modern garage doors were added. Her work is truly outstanding. She has a gift that allows her to quickly see what is wrong and to make suggestions on how to correct the problems. In addition, she is highly intelligent, logical, and very easy to work with.
