BMW hired us originally to help them synchronize global teams with regards to communication, execution, and overall project management. Our primary work entailed delivering active training workshops internationally for their global teams, coaching, and corporate consulting.

COLONIAL LIFE
Our team helped Colonial Life, through B and B Insurance, assess, map, and restructure their company to increase effectiveness, operations, human resources, and sales. The motive was to help them prepare for significant business growth. We led the executive team to establish a new corporate vision, mission, and values statement.

MICHELIN
We helped create and implement a new sales methodology-training program for sales executives and sales managers. We supplemented this program with executive coaching training to reinforce the principles gained. This was an international rollout. It served to develop a consistent and repeatable model for sales execution and transformation.

UPS South Florida faced unique challenges overcoming sales obstacles with larger accounts. We developed active training workshops to address this issue. Sales teams were taught a new sales template to use when approaching larger, complex accounts.

What do you love most about your job?

I thoroughly enjoy helping multiethnic and multilingual companies solve people-related problems through synchronized training. I love helping companies explore and implement new ideas that transform their people. The creative side of the business is by far the most exciting. Every company has issues they're trying to solve...real issues. We come alongside as a partner to help real companies solve real problems. We integrate practical consulting, online training, and active training workshops as part of our approach. When team members begin to speak the same language and align with corporate vision, mission, and values, both team members and customers benefit greatly.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After spending almost 17 years helping customers synchronize their business with the largest supply-chain provider on the planet, I wanted to develop a more personal approach to helping companies develop their people and grow more customers. Our first client had a huge problem with their management team, which led us down the path of providing customized bilingual training solutions for executives and employees. The transformation experienced within this growing technology company motivated us to help more businesses solve people-related problems both locally and globally.

We are honest, creative, and easy to work with. If we can't solve the problem for the customer, we either recommend another consultant who can help them or provide the customer with an alternative plan of action to find the right person for the job. We give our clients realistic expectations. At times our solutions make an immediate impact on team members.
