Amazing design and fitting workmanship!We ordered a new Laura Ashley kitchen from Image. Jeff Gilbert could not have been more helpful, and was extremely knowledgeable about what would and wouldn't work - and he was absolutely right. The components arrived, accompanied by probably the most professional collection of fitting tradesmen - installation, carpentry, plumbing, electrics, silestone worktop measurement and installation, flooring: every single person arrived when they were supposed to, and there was no hanging about.We now have a beautiful, brand-new kitchen. We hired Image Interiors twice, once for our bathroom and again for our kitchen. Both times they outcompeted other local companies for our business. Customer service, led by Paul, was excellent. They listened to our needs, gave us an outstanding idea of what the final design would look like, and presented a very attractive plan. He was on site several times to check progress. Martyn led the actual building project from the front. His craftsmen were skilled, faultlessly polite and tidy, and cooperated smoothly with one another. We highly recommend this company. More...

Regarding our recently replaced bathroom, supplied and fitted by Image Interiors. Our first contact was with sales director, Paul Carr, who was most helpful with the design and selection of the fixtures and fitments, without any pressure or commitment. In subsequent contacts, the office staff were always both pleasant and efficient in dealing with any enquiries. Martin and Chris who carried out most of the work, together with other tradespeople arranged by Martin, were all professional and courteous, and the schedule of work itself, was carried out to plan, both in terms of timescale, and the expected high quality of the result. We had quotes from 4 companies for our kitchen. We accepted the quote from Image Interiors (which was not the cheapest and not the most expensive) because the attention to detail from the designer, Jeff Gilbert, was in a different league to the others. He listened carefully to the way we live and what we wanted from a new kitchen (better use of corners, space for two dogs, particular appliances, use of wood and quartz together) and his design was superb. The team of fitters was very good indeed and the job was done within the predicted timescale. We have a young family and so it was really important that our kitchen and bathroom were very practical as well as look great. We are so happy with the result - the new rooms make the whole house seem more welcoming and "us".Dean and Joe, the fitters, were friendly, smart, amazingly hard working and did loads of little extra bits around the edges to make sure the kitchen and bathroom were what we needed. Both no nonsense "proper" tradespeople.Appliances are all high spec and have worked faultlessly from the moment they finished. My wife and I had over 5 quotes for a new kitchen. All with differing designs and costs. Image interiors was the best design and the best price. The work started on the day agreed and the old kitchen was taken out that morning. The electrician arrived in the afternoon as agreed and he competed his work. The next day the plasterer came and the day after the units arrived,By the Friday the kitchen was mostly fitted ready for the granite template to be completed, The granite company came on the day and delivered the granite 5 days later ALL as agreed. There were a few glitches with wrong handle finish but was corrected with a few days.The final kitchen is better than expected and the quality of the granite is superb. What more can you as for!If I had read some of these reviews I may not of considered using Image which would have been a shame. Many thanks Paul Carr. More...

We now have a Wetroom with all the modern fittings, the final result is superb and would recommend this company to anyone. If we were starting again I would have all the different services in at the onset of the project, to have them see what difficulties lay ahead instead of waiting for problems to occur. We have already had 2 kitchens from Image Interiors and have just moved house, so will definitely be going back for our 3rd! We arrived with an idea of what we wanted and left with something completely different. Jeff designed our kitchen for us and thought of solutions that we could never have come up with. We had also had a quote from a DIY superstore, but their design was unimaginative and the price not really any different once the add all the "extras" on.We had a slight blip with first kitchen as the pelmet was faulty. We contacted Image Interiors and they exchanged and fitted a new pelmet without question.We used a DIY store for my mother-in-law. I think the phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely comes into play here. We were disappointed with how long it took, the finish and aftercare.Image Interiors here we come....again..... More...

I visited Image Interiors to get some ideas for my new bathroom and ended up buying everything I needed from them. The staff helped me to plan the bathroom in order to maximize the space and offered me options that I hadn't previously considered that would make the space work much better for me. They also printed out a room plan so that I was able to visualise the finished project. I know I made the right decision when I saw my fully fitted fabulous kitchen it looks amazing. The design team gave me plenty of ideas and options to ensure I made best use of my space. It was great that they supported me through the whole package of choosing, kitchen units/worktop/tiling/applicances and lighting. They even turned up on the day and time first agreed.
