BE WARNED.

This 'lettings agent' prey on the vulnerable. I am a landlord and they returned my property to me on Wednesday (both Shamilah W - Managing Director and Mohammed Rawais - Director of Operations were present during this highly unprofessional handover) and then attend my property demanding rent from tenants with little English the very next day. When the tenant refused Mohammed Rawais emails me to say a deposit was never held. I do not thing they are aware of the Housing Act 2004, or more importantly the amendment in 2007, which clearly states that deposits need to be held in scheme.

The reason I took my back my property after being with them for years is due to them creating fraudulent, inflated repairs on my property. Their contract with myself clearly states that any repairs need WRITTEN CONSENT and that will send me MONTHLY statements. The statement stopped after January as did the rent payments. After quering this in June I am told that a new bathroom was installed for almost £2,500.00, yes £2,500.00 like it is monopoly money. When I attended their offices they did not have one single receipts in their office 3 months AFTER the 'repairs' were done.

Just WOW. Business' like this still exist in 2019.

The one star is awfully generous, but unfortunately there is no option for zero stars.
