I asked for help with some GCSE level maths and was put in touch with someone who only had experience of tutoring in a Primary School.
What was worse is that she tried to hide the fact she didn't understand the work by messing me around and generally left me more confused than when I started.
When I contacted the owner to sort things out I was called a liar and then later on I found out she'd put a nasty and completely inappropriate post about me on her Facebook group.
These people are rude and unprofessional and i'd keep your kids well away from them.
