I've been making pottery for many years and decided it was about time I got my work online. Mark set up my website for me, arranging to by the website name I wanted and sort out all the technical side of things.
Once the site was completed he showed me how I can manage my products and publish my thoughts via a blog.
He also helped me set up my new YouTube channel and has edited my videos for me.

What makes a great website?
A great website should set out your stall, it should explain the services you offer and give a clear method potential customers can contact you/buy your products.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'll want to gain a clear understanding of what my client is looking to achieve. If the client is unsure I'll guide them through the process to ensure the final product meets their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people achieve their goals, using my knowledge to fill in the gaps they're missing, be it a website, editing a video, or coaching development.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for the same company for 17 years, helping it to grow from a small start-up to one of the biggest players in the UK telecom/utility industries. My passion has always been helping others and I wanted to get back to helping small businesses with the skill set I have. I'm passionate about providing great service in all the work I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
I've years of experience of video editing and website design as well as general business experience having helped grow a small telecom company into a large multi-industry firm. I'm now freelancing and keen to help small businesses fill in the gaps my skill set can address.

I work remotely online, we will have calls/video calls to discuss requirements and updates and emails will be sent with progress reports.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No changes as I only work remotely and don't meet customers face to face.
Video Editing
I can edit your videos for you. We'll discuss the editing requirements and if you also want backing music, titles and name plates adding.
Web Design
We'll discuss your requirements, for example an on site shop, blog etc before deciding on the best technology to use.
You'll provide information such as your logo, about you/your company, pricing, colour scheme, font preference. I'll provide you with a fast website that fits your design brief.
