Igniva Digital

I was approached by Igniva CEO - Raj Dhonota who saw my company pitch on an angel investment website. He said that my pitch had been selected out of hundreds of potentials and he wanted to invest. This was absolutely a dream come true!! Over the next couple of weeks things moved quickly with calls every other day and a lot of work (from me) detailing my business plan. Eventually Raj requested a little over 23,000GPB from me and said that he would invest almost 70K himself to get the business up and running. Of course, his investment was into his own company and was never actually disclosed to me so I have no way of knowing if he actually invested anything at all. I highly doubt he did as he has certainly not behaved like someone who has actual money invested in this. The project started in July 2017 - I am writing this in March 2020 and I have absolutely nothing to show for what I paid for. No App, No branding, nothing. Raj drops off the map whenever there's a problem - no one communicates, they just stop responding and you're left wondering what is going on. I've had enough and I've asked Raj to refund my money. He initially said he would deliver the app after another 4-5 months and if he didn't then he would return the investment I made but when I replied saying that it was too late for that he's just stopped responding. I have been working with Igniva Digital on two of my Ideas and what can I say, just they are professional throughout. They help your company through the development stages, from brand logo design, wire frames, development, testing, launch, marketing. I am so glad I waited to find the right investor in Raj and his team at Igniva Digital. They are very structured, you know who you are talking too, who can help you with a question and work across Web, IOS, Android. Nothing is to much for them!
