March 5, 2017 On March 12, 2017, we will be celebrating my grandson’s first birthday! He is truly a blessing to mine and my daughter’s life. My daughter was diagnosed with cervical cancer several years ago and the Dr. explained that she probably would not be able to carry a child full term. She was devastated. But being the strong woman she is, she accepted the inevitable and moved past that thought. She was determined she would have a baby and adoption was going to be the solution. But lo and behold, she found herself pregnant and we prayed. During her last few months of pregnancy, we contacted Angie from Ignited Imagery for a photo session. We had no idea that she would be able to capture the pure joy my daughter was experiencing. We had a wonderful, relaxing shoot and before we knew it, we were scheduling an appointment to view the proofs. My daughter and I were in total awe. Because of Angie’s gift, she was able to forever cement my daughter’s inner happiness in way of her photos. You can actually see the love my daughter has for her unborn son. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
If your subject is feeling confident about themselves and confident in me and my skills they always have a good experience. I spend time with each and every client getting to know them before I even put my camera to my face. I want to be sure that I get to know you and everyone involved so we all have the best experience possible.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Share with me what your vision is for this project. Do you have ideas of what you want this to look like? I have a 20 question worksheet I provide to my video clients so I'm sure that I am on target with your needs and wants for the project. If you need aid in writing a script I can help with that, I can assist you in selecting your wardrobe for the shoot if necessary, I can scout out a location if you do not have one picked out for the shoot,

I get to know so many interesting and diverse people and best of all....... I get to help you tell your story!
I have had the privilege of shooting weddings in some of the most exotic locations, filmning amazing companies and their products and best of all, I get paid to do it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in The Army for 12 years, I retired from the La Plata County Sheriff's Office as a Sergeant after 17 years of services and decided to follow my passion...... Photography. I began my love for photography in the military over seas with a film camera. My mother gave me a digital camera as a Christmas gift one year and I was enamored with it. I took that 6 maga pixl camera everywhere. Soon I started purchasing bigger and more professional equipment in the quest for better quality photographs. It wasn't long and people started hiring me to shoot their events, weddings, family photos and so on. It has been my dream to be a professional photographer for many years and I now find that my dream has come true. I started my video portion of my company a few years ago and it is a passion of mine as well. If a picture is worth a 1000 words than what is a video worth........?
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I'm awesome.....lol. Just kidding... I think there are a lot of amazing photographers / videographers out there but I doubt they will spend as much time with you, care as much as I do about your project and still have competitive pricing. That is not to say that I am the least expensive, because I am not, however, I will do the very best I can to help you tell your story!
