I was recommended IDS by a friend when carrying out a full refurbishment on my home as i decided i wanted to CCTV and an alarm system fitted. When visiting there office I was more than confident I was in the right place. In no time at all they reassured me and booked in a site visit to go through different options. Initially I wanted 6 cameras to cover my property but with IDS experienced technicians they could cover the parameter with only 4 placing them in the correct locations. Saving me money!Once agreed and the project was on its way IDS kept in touch with myself during the refurbishment to run the necessary cables to make sure they were hidden within walls and ceilings before being closed up. Once all was complete and all cameras and alarm system was installed the IDS team showed me how to operate the mobile apps so I could access my cameras and control my alarm system at all times.The work and service IDS provided was brilliant and would have no doubt recommending them to anyone.
