We had Chef Brett come to cook for our 35th anniversary. We let him select a Mediterranean meal. It was the most amazing experience in a food journey. He took in account our dietary needs and customized our meal specific to us for the region. We were beyond impressed. Not to mention he drove 2 hours to give us this wonderful experience. At first when I GPS took me to this cafe I thought , what the heck I'm at the airport, any proceeded into the building and there it was I've been wanting to try this place just based on the name. .. It's a small little place you order up front the have daily specials plus burgers etc...Very friendly place . We asked the gal why they moved to this location and she explained rent was less and it was a great spot for them , I mean inside the airport !!! I ordered a Reuben sandwich which comes with their homemade potato chips my friend ordered a huge Mediterranean salad return around and sat down and it was probably six minutes later our food arrived, it was starting to get crowded , looks like a ladies luncheon had made its way in , my Ruben was to die for very very flavorful very good toast to just right the homemade potato chips were great my friend salad was really really big and had tons of Greek olives which you usually only get two or three if you can find them in there!!! Place is clean , u can people watch as you eat ( I like that ).. The biggest surprise was the cost, my meal was under 9$ , sandwich , chips and drink ... great deal!! I'd never had anything from here before, but had heard about the place. I was in dire need of sustinance when I was dropped off at Bentonville Plaza to help get some things done. I can definitely say that the food and service is wonderful. I had the Roast Beef Royal and house chips. Really enjoyed the sandwich (will have to try their wraps next time), but was not that impressed with the chips. They had no taste to them and seemed burnt. I had the chicken fajita wrap and the house chips and it was amazing! My husband had the pulled pork burger and kept talking about how much he loved the jalapenos and onion rings and really everything! Stopped in after church on Sunday (to keep sinning I have to absolve on occasion). This is one of those places I drive by constantly and I say, "I need to try that" but for some reason keep going. Not this time. Wife and I stopped in to grab some burger/sandwich stuff. Its a decent size place and easy to park. Right off I did not like the ordering set-up. You go to the counter and order off the big menu which in itself is not an issue, but with three families in line and a pretty big menu, the order process can take some time. Took us about 15-minutes to get our chance to order and we went with the mushroom/brie burger and the BLTA sandwich. Cooked to order so after about another 15 minutes we got some great sandwiches. Bruger was thick and hand-pressed with big glob of brie and good portion of mushrooms on a soft bun. Eat it quick because the juicy burger and such turns the bun soggy and it starts falling apart by the end. Didnt mind finishing with a fork. The Bacon/lettuce/tomato/avacado was really good. A little light on the bacon (can never be too much) but good combination with a great tasty aioli spread to give it a little tang to go with the bacon and avacado richness. Chips as side were very good. Waffle chips with good spicing. Fries were hand cut and breaded. Not my favorite but we ate most of them. They do highlight local sourcing and smaller brands like their sodas and coffees were typical fare. The diet soda was really good with a little more sweeter taste than my go to diet Coke. We did notice a long line form after we sat down that went almost out the door. A little better handle on crowd control and the ordering process and this place would be top of our list. More...

I come to NWA every 2 weeks for work. I've ate at many great places and some I keep coming back to. IDK CAFE is one of those places. EVERYTHING on their menu is fantastic. Everything is fresh and mostly farm to table. My favorite is the create your own deli case sandwich. And many choices to choose from and awesome sides, including homemade soups and cowboy caviar. Day 2 in ARKANSAUCE lolAfter leave such a praising review yesterday I had to come back to make sure it was true. Today it's breakfast. And once again great choice!!!I ordered the Southwest Burrito with no sausage. It had eggs, chipotle aioli, jalapeños, tomatoes and onions and cheese. Hands down the best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The chipotle aioli wrapped all the ingredients together for a sensational taste that was delicious and full of fresh, crisp ingredients. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients, makes the meal a million times better if you ask me. The side of fruit contained watermelon, cantaloupe, honey dew and grapes. All tasted fresh and recently cut. Medium COFFEE Local brew coffee that was so smooth and flavorful I bought a second cup. What’s your signature dish?
Seasonal. I have a few different "go-tos" Some of my favorite things to cook include Bourbon Tri-Tip, Chicken Picatta, and our Keto Lasagna. We have a team of Chefs, so each one of us have our own unique way of presenting a dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First step is listening to desires. Then setting expectations. Looking at what ingredients will be in season during that time of year. Does the client want a more traditional approach, or do we get to fuse our menus and have a really exciting take on stuff?
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the delight in someone's eyes when the perfect bite of food is achieved. Taking that one step further is when we get to have a conversation about the major players involved (Salt, fat, acid, heat) and have a teaching moment as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ever since I was a small kid, I dreamed of one day owning a little cafe with the cute little table clothes. Well, I started in the restaurant business when I was 19 and haven't looked back. I set a goal of owning my own place when I was 45. I hit that mark when I was 38!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer Food Truck services that keep us separate from guest in a better manner. We are also wearing masks, sanitizing more frequently. We only offer served buffet instead of self serve at this time. We also keep our crews separate to keep any potential exposure to a minimum. We've also been vaccinated for the most part!
