First and for most I'm super super late on rating this awesome catering company, but better late than never!! My husband & I both had tried sooooo many people & their food & was never pleased. Until one day I was on Instagram and came across a couple who got married at the venue we would be getting married at and came across Idias Catering. From the day I set up the tasting appointment we knew she would be the caterer for our big day. Mrs. Sharon was so sweet and informative and catering to all of our needs. We knew we wanted different wedding food not your typical chicken breast, veggies, roll & tea. We came up with a menu creole baked tilapia, Cajun chicken breast, Cajun dirty rice, green beans, dinner rolls, garden salad with her signature dressing, her signature strawberry lemonade. For appetizers we had shrimp & grit shots & fruit! Everyone loved everything from the beginning to the end!!! We are so grateful to have had Mrs. Sharon of Idias Catering and her team be apart of our big day. Every was beyond amazing! 3/26/16 was the best day ever! Thanks again!!! More...

I contacted Idia's Catering because I was preparing for my Mother's birthday celebration. I had a lot of family & friends coming in town and I didn't want the task of cooking. So we opted to have Mother's celebration catered.. I went over with Ms. Sharon what I wanted on the menu, as well as asking her for some suggestions.. Between my request & her suggestions, everything turned out perfect..I had party guest CLAIMING they don't usually eat pasta with crawfish, gobbling her delicious crawfish pasta. My fav was the crawfish pies & Cajun rice w/shrimp. We served several of her specialty dishes, too many to list but ALL were FRESH & delicious. Ms. Sharon is very professional, thorough and prompt. No surprise fees like some catering companies I've delt with. When she arrived to set up, I offered to help carry the food in. Very softly she replied, "No Mrs. Porter, I have it". Before leaving she requested that I taste every dish. She wanted to be certain I was completely satisfied & I WAS..Her customer service supercedes that of any catering company I've delt with.
