As a customer of Tates for more than 20 years there sales team never seizes to amaze me. Years ago I bought a jack hammer and unfortunately Tates has had to stop fixing other peoples equipment because there so busy keeping up on there own. Today after basically giving up on having it fixed I called Sam my salesman with Tates and he said to bring it in and he will do whatever it takes to get it looked at with no promises on fixing it but at least we can see about it. Unreal the way they will put you first in a booming economy when everyone else seems to be putting the customer on the back burner. Keep in mind if they fix my jack hammer I wont be renting one from them yet they still offer to help me That says a lot about a company. steve More...
