I love this place! The staff here are amazing! Even though it's always busy when I'm in the staff always take the time serve every customer with patience and respect. If you have any questions on baking or need tips and advice they are so helpful without trying to get you to buy anything. They're not intimidating either, so I never feel like an idiot asking questions on cake decorating! More...

I have been going for years simply because the staff are wonderful, helpful, informative and whenever I have been stuck for ideas on a design, happy and willing to share their own ideas. The staff are extremely Knowledgeable and have helped me on numerous occasions when I just can't get a design or idea to work.I have tried two other cake decorating shops that are in my city and to be honest one is quite frankly dreadful, and the other no interest in the customer at all.I would (and have on three occasions) recommend them to the experienced cake maker and to a beginner, ask for help and you will receive it.
