Liked it for a first time skating experience. Nice instructors too.

Tucked away location, even staff at nearby M&S completely oblivious to its presence. Once found, quiet little rink, perfect for what we were after, space to skate and not overcrowded. Staff helpful and friendly, rink itself not at its best - large puddles from earlier rain, and sections of the ice ridged and bumpy. More...

This is a great area. The rink is pretty cool and there's always something going on around nearby it with food and drinks.

Got a two for one deal on Groupon and went towards the end of a Thursday night. There was only one other person on the ice but more people soon joined. The atmosphere was great, everyone was out to have fun and had a laugh if they fell over. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing plasters and wipes when needed! Would definitely go back. Popped into this pretty ice rink on Wednesday for a charity skate in aid of Richard House Children's Hospice. The place is quite magical with a fairy light entrance pathway, and worker bees inside are very nice people indeed, and super helpful!

We were on a later session but seeing the ice rink was quite empty asked if we could go in earlier and this was met with a resounding why not! Lockers are £1 non-refundable. Skate hire included. And there are penguins and seals for you to push around (or push other people around with), which are great for beginners!

The ice rink is smaller than I am used to but just as fun!

To note: If you need toilets, follow the snowflakes on the floor when you exit the skate hire section!
