Ian has taken our money and not finished job! Roof not watertight currently water running in to my bedroom and my sons bedrooms all the ceilings are seeping water through the plasterboards, I have videos of all the damage he has caused to our house! He will not answer the phone! Don’t know how he sleeps at night! My brand new kitchen has water running through the ceiling at the spot lights, I currently have pots catching the water. I have sent videos to him of the damage and still he refuses to answer any calls or messages! He has also left all the rubbish from the job on my neighbours roof and also left his ladders in my garden. Beyond Angry More...

Very pleased with the quick response. We phoned Ian in the morning, he responded by end of day. He visited the house the following day and job was completed 2 days later. Coping stones were replaced and fixed after hurricane. Gutters were cleaned of plant growth and all rubbish cleared. Standard of work looks good. More...
