Mr. Iboa and his crew did an amazing job on my front yard. He is a true artist and I realized this after looking at his portfolio of other jobs. He knew exactly what I wanted and went over and beyond working hard to get my yard transformed from grass lawn to xeriscape. He adjusted my sprinklers and upon my request had my sprinklers removed from an area in the back. My backyard grass had many brown spots; he advised on how to time my automatic sprinklers and since I changed the time my backyard lawn is green, plentiful and only one brown spot remains and that spot is now growing in. I was in a jam with 1,160 square feet of sod being delivered within the hour. I found Mr Iboa here on Yelp and shot him a text. He replied immediately, we discussed the job, and he gave me a fair quote. He showed up at the exact time he stated, with a hand shake, and his crew (sons I believe) and himself got right to work. Update so he has come and done AMAZING WORK!!! I am telling you I can clearly see down the side of our hose and walk around that side now. He dug up so much of the yard to check for leaks and fix the sprinklers but you cannot even tell like at all!!! He perfectly cut the grass and replaced it no damage to the yard! All our sprinklers are working and he walked me through the timer and how to adjust things and his recommendations on watering times. He took all the time I needed to answer questions about plants around the house and moving forward with planting other flowering items and where to best place them. He transformed our yard and flower beds !!!!  There were some plants I did not want in our yard (cactuses and a pine right beside our house) but do not like to waste or kill things he actually dug them out and took them to replant / repurpose which I really appreciated! Since he finished the initial fixing and clean up he has promptly answered followed up questions I have texted him and has just been amazing ! I highly highly recommend him ! He did such a great job with our front yard that on day two while he was working on the back our neighbors came to the Fence to talk to him about caring for their yard.
