Receipt Bank is my go to product for clients that struggle to manage their piles of invoices and receipts. The feedback is that the App is quick and easy to use. The only downside is that the receipt has to publish on the App, before the client can add the coding. Would be perfect if there was a fix, or setting to allow coding as soon as the photo was taken. So far I have been running Receipt Bank out to our firm where it has gained interest both internally and externally. The time savings for both us and the client may not yet be felt, but going forward we look to save both time and energy when it comes to completing annual accounts and GST. For us it's not about time saving on data entry nor for our clients as majority were doing 'cash coding' of expenses anyway. However the benefits are no filing, no storing of paper records and quick access to retrieve the original documents online either via receipt bank or XERO. The best feature of all is more cash flow analysis as when using 'cash coding' clients had no idea on what their future cash position was. Not to mention easier for us as Accountants and Bookkeepers as queries now minimal as have documents now online to review. Awesome! More...

I’ve been using Receipt Bank for about two years in my bookkeeping practice. It’s helped my practice grow, encouraging more clients become more efficient and then they refer me to others.
I particularly like the ability to split out transactions between personal and business proportions for my sole traders and Director clients. It’s a great rule to apply to specific suppliers which means I don’t have to do it the backend of Xero. It saves the accountants time too so they’re happy.
Receipt Bank is now compulsory for all my new clients. It’s very easy to explain the time and money it will save them once I show them an example on my phone of how accurate the recognition software is! I love ReceiptBank and I will continue using it across all my clients.

Very impressed with their invoice/bookkeeping automation tool and QuickBooks integration. Keen to sign up for a subscription when my trial runs out next week.
Contact support regarding lack of Google Drive integration and got an informative reply promptly. A great tool that should come standard in any accountancy software. Maybe Xero or Intuit will buy out the business soon.
Keep up the great working behind this venture, would be great to see their vision and roadmap.
