Painting & Decoration - Interior

He came to our flat to give us a quote. He kept telling us he is going to send us quotes through email. But he never did. Such a waste of time . We phoned him several times. He did reply sometimes and kept hanging the jobs. Finally he had cut off our line and never replied. More...
