Finally a job site with no agencies! I'm fed up of looking for work only to get agency after agency. I must have signed up with over 30 over the last 20 years and none of them are really any good.
They always say yes we have work and "we'll call you" then you hear nothing.

So how do you go about PICKING the BEST FRUIT, BE IT!
So the best fruit will attract the picker & the picker will pick the best fruit, perfect fit I'd say!
Others will pick the low fruit & pocket the change, where as these Guys have gone back to old fashioned values & want to marry up both Employer & Employee, saving oodles of time, money & staff retention.
As soon as I was directed to 'The Fruit Group' website I had an initial Livechat with Chris, within a few mins he was on the phone to me having a chat, asked me to forward my CV which he read. Chris then sad he would streamline my CV free of charge that evening.
Chris called me the very next day to say he was about to send my CV over, I couldn't believe it!
WOW! This guy had listened to me, called me & assisted with my CV in less than a day, has anyone ever heard of this from a recruitment agency....... er not me!
So fingers, legs n eyes crossed Guys, you're not gonna know what hit ya!
