I put my Acer Aspire in for repair. Winston repaired my laptop. He was very polite and charming. Looked after my laptop and did a wonderful job of doing what I asked. I had the black screen of death because of upgrading to Windows 10 but thankfully he fixed this by reverting it back to its original OS. Quick service – came to my office to pick up a broken (not booting up) laptop right away, and returned it in under 2 hours, fixed.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I cannot rate this company or individuals so highly. I suffered water damage to a Macbook Air. Apple requested £900 to resolve the issue for me even though it was simply the battery which did not work. The laptop worked perfectly using the power cable.Upon taking it to the store, I was given a run down of how Apple is trying to rip me off saying all parts required replacement, when everything worked fine apart from the battery. (THEY WANTED TO REPLACE THE CASE AND KEYBOARD AND SSD HARDDRIVE?! BUT THEY WORKED 100% PERFECTLY)I was quoted a price for the battery + repair. I requested an OEM Apple Battery brand new with a specific specification. Unfortunately, it is incredibly rare to find these, so I decided to purchase the battery myself. I went in and spoke with the lovely kind men inside and they ran through the process for me, they showed me the water damage (TEA!!!) and offered to clean it too from the outer shell, right down to the logic board so i would suffer no further issues.They installed the battery I sourced and provided happily. When I sent the laptop to Apple for diagnosis, they returned it with 1 missing screw, and when I got home another screw fell out. Absolutely appalling behaviour from such a company, when I complained they didn't seem genuine in their response about booking another meeting at the genius bar (which can take days, in order to screw 1 screw inside)I called IT Tech City on the day, to discuss the conversation I had 1 week before about the laptop and battery replacement. They explained sourcing an OEM was impossible for them unless it was used, I appreciated their honesty 100%. They assured me if the battery installed still did not function the laptop. They would reverse their repair and not charge me a penny.Thankfully, as soon as the battery was installed. The MacBook Air booted into life without the power cable. The laptop was also cleaned for water damage at a reasonable price (I did a lot of shopping around various areas too, some said it would take weeks!!)I came into the shop, presented the laptop, the battery i wanted to replace it with, and before my very eyes, they replaced it, very honest, friendly and transparent process. The laptop was cleaned internally for liquid damage too. After the laptop was reassembled and I pressed the power button, it booted back into life! The technician also noted about the lack of Apple screws missing, and provided these screws to me, for NO EXTRA CHARGE.THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.I refuse to discuss prices here, this is down to the customer and the shop owners as to what they feel is reasonable, however I called some shops who claimed 'sorry, we don't do any repairs under a certain amount of ££££" Capitalism wins at the end of the day, the best services for the best prices can be found here with complete honesty and nothing shady. I have other devices I wish to take to the shop soon to see if they can resolve any particular issues with them. I may take them to Apple for a diagnosis, then take it to the shop to see REALLY what the issue is.I cannot fault these men, they are 10/10, honest, down to earth, friendly and they open between 10am-10pm so if you ever have an emergency, contact them ASAP.The battery changing/cleaning process took no longer than 10 minutes. I thank these kind gentleman ever so much for restoring life back into my MacBook Air 13" and will be going in with other items for quotes, suggestions and problems/feedback issues to see if they can assist me.I will be from now on, a regular customer 100%.Kind RegardsBasil More...

iTech City truly is the best mac repair service in London. Last night I spilled a full glass of wine over my macbook air keyboard and the computer just died in front of my eyes. This morning I rushed to their shop and these mavericks fixed it within 5 hours for just £60!!! That is value for money, that is a great service! I can't say THANK YOU enough! I went originally to Apple to get a minor fix but they told me that I would have to make an appointment and that it would cost. I looked up a place to fix it nearby and iTech City was round the corner so I went there and within 2 minutes my problem had been fixed and they didn't charge me parts or labor due to the nature of the fix.
