iSpy's Kevin undertook a quick survey within 4 hours of our initial call to him, now there's customer service for you!Kevin and Dan undertook the installation the following day, that's what you call 'exceptional' customer service. Encountering a technical issue Kevin re- attended the following day and in fairly arduous conditions of extreme heat, up a set of steps, spent a considerable amount of additional time tracking down a faulty lead (manufacturing issue) all credit to Kevin for his perseverance. Kevin is a true life saver. I had to replace the lock in my shop as an emergency. Called first to get a rough quote. Very polite and straight to the point guy. I'm useless in describing what lock I had fitted on a door but his questions didn't made. Me feel like a complete idiot and got him the information he needed. Quote was bang on. He did the job in no time and even cut spare keys for me. I don't think I could ask for anymore. Invoicing is all electronic so makes it all even easier. Good to know that Kevin takes card payments too and invoice is emailed to you in no time. From the moment Kevin and his colleague arrived at my home, they didn't stop working until the job was complete. Their workmanship was excellent, they tidied up after themselves and the CCTV system that I purchased represented great value for money as I'd had quotes which were considerably more expensive from other providers for the same kit.
