I have a gym and teach TRX suspension based training as well as Pilates

Just finished another lovely Pilates session with Debbie, at The Barn in Lechlade. When the weathers fine, classes are outside in her beautiful garden. Today it was blue skies, bird song and the smell of Honeysuckle, as well as an excellent Pilates class. The group is a mix of all abilities, which makes it fun and educational. Debbies spent a lot of money on good mats, balls and props and you really feel the benefit of the class afterwards, as well as see the benefits, after a couple of weeks. The sessions are challenging but achievable so it feels so good to work to a goal with debs. I always feel much stronger with better posture after.

Debs is a fantastic instructor and is very capable of understanding that everyone has unique requirements and tailoring sessions accordingly. Cannot recommend highly enough
