Iam physiotheraphy definitely has my support and recommendation. I was suggested another place but I was pulled to Iam. When I walked in I knew why in that the atmosphere of this physiotherapy office was peaceful, calming and felt healing. The service is terrific and my shoulder injury healing is progressing very well (dented humerus bone w/ tendenitis). I came in two days before flying out to start my first teaching position with excruciating shoulder and back pain from a pinched nerve and I was seen that same day and the next day. I've never been injured before to this length of time (three months). My knee injury caused quite a lot of inflammation and constant awkward pain. I was referred by my physician and sports medicine clinic to "I Am Physiotherapy". Avi Singh is a registered physiotherapist who took the time to address my injury with 'common sense', describing the two possibilities of the cause and educated me on the mechanics of this area to better understand where to draw my limits with the injury and what not to worry about. Avi also encouraged the steps needed to get better with confidence. The techniques and stretches he used to help heal my knee and the equipment used to increase circulation in my leg were very helpful. My inflammation keeps decreasing and after my first six visits, my progress keeps getting better. With just a little more time, my knee will regain it's strength and i'll be able to bike and run around with my kids (as fast as them ! ). Thanks for the treatments and encouragement, Avi. And i'll keep up on my leg presses and exercises.....they sure do help. For those who are looking into physiotherapy, call their office and get back to a "healed" you. More...
