Hi, I am Chris, I have been helping clients since 1993 and am passionate about both Hypnotherapy and general health care.

As well as being a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I`m also an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber. Giving me an in-depth understanding about the physical as well as the psychological aspects of clients needs.


At Hypnotherapy for Health, we will enable you to fulfil your potential and make the most of your life, free from unwanted sensations and long standing beliefs that have limited your life. Instead having the self-esteem and confidence to achieve your goals. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness similar to states that you experience just before you fall asleep and shortly after you wake. In hypnosis you reach a state of deep relaxation, but have a heightened level of concentration and focused attention.





Many unwanted habits and sensations can be treated with Hypnosis, such as addictions to Smoking and Food, also unwanted behaviours such as fears and phobias.





Clinical Hypnotherapy allows the therapist to speak directly to the subconscious mind of the client and employs psychological techniques to alter deep seated behaviour.
