I found Carlos on yelp and was impressed by all his reviews. And he lived up to every one of them!I have experienced PTSD due to chronic health issues. Even though my body has been healing, my mind was stuck in a perpetual negative loop. My biggest issue was that I haven't been able to fly since 2015. I had a major panic attack while on the plane. Even talking about the possibility of flying would send me into major anxiety for days.Just one two hour session with Carlos and I was not only open to the possibility of flying, I actually got on a plane two weeks later.It was difficulty at first. I had to use the tools Carlos taught me, but it got better.I got on the plane for the return flight the next day and I felt at least 50% better than the previous day! This one session has changed not only my life but my families life. We can now take vacations together! How do I even start this review? I live in IE and I drove out to Irvine to have a hypnotherapy session with Carlos. I am incredibly grateful to him because he is amazing at what he does. When I first read the online comments about hypnotherapy, I was skeptical.  Hypnotherapy?  Was it real?  After learning more about what it is and more importantly,  what it isn't I texted my dear friend to see if she would be interested in a session to help her stop smoking.  She replied with a resounding "Yes!" Carlos was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions ahead of their meeting.  He couldn't have been more pleasant,  personable, or professional. I have met a lot of people in my life. Few have been as smart and compassionate as Carlos Casados. I have been struggling with the stress of owning a new business while balancing my family and social life. He has given me useful tips on how to pace myself for my rigorous schedule. Carlos is incredible. He has studied many different techniques for delving into the core of what is creating discomfort in us and then shifting it on a dime. When we first worked together I was having nightmares and felt haunted during waking life from old childhood experiences. There was also a sense of powerlessness from those times that was impacting the present. Healing felt impossible as this person was part of the family and stayed in touch. It was confusing to navigate family dynamics. Being in my truth also felt impossible. Carlos hypnotized me at work via skype between customers one day when he learned what was happening with me. The timing worked beautifully, which felt intuitive. He guided me through placing those memories somewhere that they wouldn't surface or touch me. I don't even know where to start... I have paid to see different therapist for years and after every session I come out more confused, depressed and dark. I never believed in hypnotherapy and made fun of it. When I decided to try Hypnotherapy, it was purely for a fun experience. And oh boy, I was in for a treat.... OMG! When I first came to Carlos I never expected I would meet such an Extraordinary and Super Smart individual and professional. He went and goes more than above and beyond in helping me. Carlos is simply the best... I am so thankful to have met him this year. I was in a very dense place in my life, and it was getting harder and harder each day to get by. It started roughly two years ago. This distinctly uncomfortable pain in my back that had irritatingly managed to avoid every form of physical therapy, chiropractic therapy, acupuncture therapy, massage therapy, and (literally) two dozen other means of combatting its destructiveness in my life. As my chronic pain became progressively worse, it had started to affect virtually every area of my life. Wow, what a great experience and what a difference these sessions made.  Carlos has a truly deep understanding of his work and has the uncanny ability to communicate what he does really well.  Having never done hypnosis, I really had very little idea of what to expect when my friend referred me to him.  Carlos helped me reevaluate and resolve conflicts with my son and family through hypnosis.  I learned that the process is really self-directed and the hypnotist's skill is in facilitating communication between my conscious self and my unconscious.  Carlos also explained to me how changing my perception of a problem can provide me with solutions I could not see before.  The sessions were very eye-opening and effective.  I recommend this method to everyone who is struggling with issues or problems that seem to have no solution.
