I was very skeptical as I thought I could not ever be hypnotized. I reached a point in my life where I just could no longer stand feeling this awful tension in my life. I knew what caused it but meditation, yoga, spin and massages were not getting rid of this weird nagging emotion. I knew I needed help and traditional therapy takes WAYYYYY TOOOO LONG. I was referred to Jerry by a friend who saw that I was in a tough way.

Jerry is easy to talk to, fun and in no way what I expected. There were no "mystical" practices, just an excellent ear and a reprogramming of my sub conscious. He gave me very workable exercises that I practice every day. They aren't hard or laborious. They are actually very "me" and I dig them a lot.

He assisted me by working towards a healthier lifestyle. Two years later I'm still attending the gym regularly which is a miracle. Hello all you Skeptics, I found Jerry by just browsing through the Internet looking to help my best friend with her fear of spiders. The fear of spiders for her was extremely effecting her in her job where she is exposed to them daily. I've never really been a skeptic in the area of hypnotherapy because the brain is a very powerful tool. When I first spoke to Jerry he seemed very passionate about what he does, from getting to know his clients to working around our schedules witch I'll tell you isn't alway easy. After the first session Jerry explained that the fear of spiders would no longer control my best friend's reactions but allow her to consciously choose how to react. I don't believe in random events. Me being in Prescott and meeting Jerry when I did was meant to be. I had a flight I HAD to take and needed help as I had a strong claustrophobic reaction to planes and struggled with panic and anxiety associated with it. We talked and although I was only in town for a short time, he made time for me and I'm very appreciative of that.An hour and a half later I was able to get on elevators without any hesitation. Truly an amazing experience. Before I met with Jerry, I was terrified to sleep. I was seeing images of horrible things when I closed my eyes and, for whatever reason, couldn't shake them.
