I am so delightful and grateful for this amazing opportunity to work with Chris. I went there with my son to get support for his anxiety and anger. The way Chris talked to my son with genuine engagement and curiosity was just amazing! It was polite and very professional and I could tell my son felt comfortable over there. I used this opportunity to be there to get some relaxation session which I enjoyed very much Words cannot describe enough how thankful we are Chris for your help. I can't thank Chris Williams enough for helping me overcome my nerves when faced with having to make a speech at my daughter's wedding in front of 100 wedding guests. I'm not a public speaker but wanted to make my daughter proud and not spend the day anxious that I would have a speech to make soon.After just a couple of sessions with Chris I felt a lot less anxious and enjoyed the process of writing a speech.On the day I was calm and even cracked a couple of jokes. Although I kept the speech fairly short, I didn't rush it and felt a real.sence of achievement and accomplishment when it finished. I've just finished working with Chris after sudden and severe anxiety around getting on the tube/train kicked in. It really was making my life miserable but I didn't know where to go or what to do. I felt pretty hopeless and stuck which is most unlike me! Someone recommend Chris and I have to admit, I pretty cynical at first. However, I am so glad I did it because my anxiety has now completely gone after just two sessions. In fact I've just written this after riding the tube.. easily!
