I love seeing clients overcome lifes roadblocks and find a more balanced path
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have come from an elite sports background and I decided to train in Hypnotherapy to help other athletes perform better. I love to help others see the potential they have within wether they are from a sports background, confidence building within the workplace or overcoming stress and anxiety and I enjoy the wide variety of clients that come through the door
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe in a very holistic approach and threating the whole person. While some clients may just see a problem to be fixed and look at you to just solve the problem often the issue is underpinned by other mistaken beliefs and the soloution can often come from things they never even realised were there.
