Thank you for my appointment, booked online last night for first early slot as have been in terrible pain and swelling of ankle.
Carolyn was very thorough, understanding and made me feel at ease. I had treatment of acupuncture which I have had years before and eased the swelling but will be making an appointment with the doctors on Monday.

Thank you Carolyn for helping me get through a natural Labour with your fabulous hypnobirthing skills. I had no painkillers except gas and air which was only used at the very end! ! (Wow I can't believe I did this after such a complex Labour with my first child!) I can't thank Carolyn enough and my amazing best Friend and the staff at Calderdale Royal that particular day and not forgetting my husband of course. We would have never got through my Labour so easily without your amazing help Carolyn. I was skeptical at first, as i have never had hypnosis before, it's certainly changed my opinion, I would like to have it all the time for all kinds of things!! The first session took me a while to get in to because I wasn't sure In my own head! All I can advise is to give it a try if your thinking like I was. Be serious and believe in it! I first visited here almost a year ago. I have suffered with debilitating migraines for many years. The procedure coupled with hypnotherapy and Carolyn's straight talking helped me with connected issues. I now go back for regular top-ups and my migraines have reduced significantly. Carolyn is friendly, professional, approachable and empathetic. Her sense of humour enhances my session which I look forward to, knowing I will feel relaxed and confident re my health and well being.
